Too Good and True: “You Are Always Good to Go”
These are excerpts from the author’s book “Deep,” which contains eight of his small books published in the form of Wisdom Literature covering different aspects of life: Facing troublemakers, dealing with pain, personal financial issues, gastronomy, reading, criticizing, inspiring, and feeling always good to go.
Series 3: Pocket – Your Personal Economy.
Week 54: What Does a Blessing Mean?
- The blessing in money is not a fantasy; it is simply your deep conviction that you can manage your affairs with the money available with you, regardless of whether it is a little or a lot.
- Like happiness, a money blessing will not fall on you from heaven. You have to believe deeply in it to get it.
- The blessing in money is not the result of waiting for the outcome of a negative feeling of helplessness and inaction. On the contrary, it is the fruit of a positive feeling of an optimal balance between your ambition and your conviction of what is in your hands at any moment.
- Even if you do not believe in what is intangible, spending for charitable deeds deepens the feeling of the blessing of money as it rids you of the obsession with thrift.
- Feeling the blessing in money does not mean that you expect sudden increases in your balance from time to time but that you do not feel that you are poor even when your balance decreases due to spending for this reason or that.
- The blessings in money are ideation splendors shining to guide you to the possibilities of moving comfortably within the range of financial resources at your disposal.
- The blessing in money is a deep concept that requires a pure spirit to feel it. It is not wise to raid a person who is complaining of a severe financial crisis and try to persuade them to sense the blessing in money before you guide them on the way to escape from their financial hardships.
- The blessings in money cannot be reached by any question that begins with “How much … ?” They are answers that leak to you spontaneously as you contemplate confidently about how you should enjoy the little amount of money available with you.
- The blessing in money is never related to the money in itself but to the aspects of its spending and your feeling of satisfaction with what the money goes for.
- The blessing in money seems to be primarily about spending more than it is about saving.
